The Gavilanes logistics park is located in a privileged position, on the A-4 axis, with direct access to the M-50 ring road, in the first crown of the Community of Madrid. It is only 18 km from the center of Madrid and 27 km from Barajas Airport, making it a strategic location for all types of logistics operations.

This complex has a plot of 131,127 m2, distributed in three warehouses of 40,813 m2, 27,841 m2 and 16,191 m2. It is designed to offer a high level of security, with a PCI for Medium Risk (Level 5), although it is ready to process a possible extension to High Risk Level 8, subject to approval by the competent administration. The logistics park has 103 loading docks, an enclosed area with surveillance and large 35 m maneuvering beaches. In addition, the floor has an overload capacity of 50 kN/m2 and has an LED lighting system. The free storage height is 11.50 m, offering great flexibility for storage.

The objective of this complex is to obtain LEED® Platinum certification, which guarantees a commitment to sustainability.
