The CETIL Business Centre is an exclusive complex located in the Manoteras industrial estate, in the north of Madrid, in a place that is fully undergoing an urban transformation and regeneration process where there are companies of great national and international prestige.

The CETIL Business Centre is made up of two free-standing buildings, CETIL 1 and CETIL 2, for the rental of spaces for business use.

It covers a total area of approximately 25,000 m2 of which 14,519 m2 belong to building CETIL 1 and 10,550 m2 to building CETIL 2.

CETIL 1, overlooking the A-1, has 8 floors over ground level and 2 underground floors with 174 parking spaces in total. The building is directly accessed by the A-1 service road.

CETIL 2 is a free-standing building with a rectangular floor plan distributed on 7 floors over ground level and 2 underground floors with 230 parking spaces in total, where we can find special places for electric vehicles. The building is accessed by Avenida Manoteras.

Both buildings have an access control system by means of RFID cards, both for pedestrians (with activated turnstiles) and vehicles, 24-hour manned security service and 24-hour CCTV with recording in communal areas. They also have a centralised management system for building facilities and a fire detection system connected to the alarm monitoring centre.

Since November 2024, the building has incorporated, as an additional service for tenants, the lounge on the first floor of the CETIL 1 building. It is managed by Viena Capellanes and will be open Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:00, offering breakfast and lunch service.

Located in the well-known enclave of Manoteras, the CETIL Business Centre is in a privileged setting owing to its good visibility thanks to its location between two of the most important access roads to Madrid, the M-11, with direct access to the motorway A-1, and close to the Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas airport. In addition, it is a few metres from the local railway station at Fuente de la Mora and has many bus stops nearby.

As for its district, it is in full growth in the vibrant and thriving northern area of Madrid. The combination of business and residential areas make of this location the perfect one to develop a neighbourhood with positive impact next to the city centre.
