This is the first “Prime Factory” building in Colonial. It has been conceived and designed by the prestigious Estudio Lamela de arquitectura, it is a unique space of 10,000 m2 of open and flexible floors in the center of the business area with the most present and future of Madrid.

The building has been designed to offer multiple occupancy possibilities, adapting it specifically to the particular needs of each company, being able to divide the floor into four modules.

Access to each office floor can be done directly from the elevators. The night lighting of the façade highlights the architectural forms of the building, making it visible from Paseo de la Castellana and giving it an undisputed additional appeal. The concept of Discovery Building allows a maximum occupancy of 1 person every 7 m2, an exceptional ratio in the office market. This proportion allows to generate significant savings, close to 30% of the cost of the lease, as well as to extend the occupancy of the space up to 50% of people compared to the standard market ratio. The property has been designed to obtain the LEED Platinum certification.
