ATICA is one of the best and most complete business campuses in Spain located in Pozuelo de Alarcón, in an ideal environment that many large companies have already chosen to lay the foundations for their current and future businesses.

The business campus has a total area of 69.199 m2 divided into two complexes. The first is made up of 7 buildings (ATICA I, II, III, IV, V, VI and VII). The second complex (ATICA XIX) consists of 3 buildings and a future 4th building pending development of more than 5.000 m2.

Especially noteworthy is the ATICA I building.
