It has an interior capacity of 50 people and also has a terrace with a capacity of up to 70 people.

The license of the place is like a bar and allows it to be open until 2 in the morning (possibility of extending an additional half hour on weekends and holidays).

Two months of deposit, four months of guarantee (possibility of providing a bank guarantee) and agency fees are requested.
