It is located in Collado Hermoso, just 20 minutes from Segovia and one hour from Madrid, in a natural environment very close to the Guadarrama National Park.

The building that gives access to the facilities, with direct access to the bar, has a typical decoration of the area, rustic and Segovian, as is its traditional food menu.

From the bar, there is access through several doors to the spacious and glazed dining room, and from there to the kitchen, which is very spacious and well prepared for the necessary services of this level of restoration. In the basement there is a cold area for desserts. There is also a second, more discreet dining room, which gives an idea of the capacity of the business. From there we went up to two houses with different rooms, which could be adapted to make a rural hotel.

Already outside there is an area to put a large terrace, where you can place outdoor weddings. This makes it great for summer.

It also has several rooms with heating and gas hot water facilities, a cold room, warehouses and an area with a pool to be arranged.
