It has a definitive license for a cafeteria bar, from 8:00 to 22:00 (expandable to 2:00), with smoke extraction by steam condensation. An extension of the license is being processed so that it can also be operated as a restaurant and trade (with the possibility of opening 24 hours).

It is transmitted with all furniture and appliances except those belonging to suppliers.

It has large bar with work area, large kitchen, diaphanous L-shaped dining room, two separate toilets, storage room with auxiliary work area and sink, small gap for the garbage bin and changing room.
