Commercial premises of 170 m2, at street level and located on the ground floor of a residential building located on Paseo de Extremadura, in the neighborhood of Puerta del Ángel in the Latina district, in Madrid capital.

It is a commercial space distributed in two heights, a ground floor of approximately 105 m2 and a basement of about 65 m2. The street floor is diaphanous and the basement has a toilet and a window onto an interior patio so it has natural light.

To date it has functioned as a furniture sales business, but is versatile enough to house almost any type of commercial activity or business.

Among other features, it has great exterior visibility thanks to its large showcase, which also enters natural light. It has a false ceiling, a maximum free height of 3 meters and stoneware floors.

Located in a consolidated residential area, it has a wide commercial offer frequented by the resident public. It enjoys excellent communications via public transport.

It is located a few meters from the Madrid Rio area and the Casa de Campo Lake, and only 5 minutes walk from Alto de Extremadura Metro and Puerta del Ángel (Line 6).

La Latina

La Latina

La Latina

La Latina District covers an area of 2,542.97 hectares and runs parallel to the Extremadura road to the southwest of the capital. It borders with the districts of Carabanchel, Arganzuela, Centro and Moncloa - Aravaca and includes the quarters of Los Cármenes, Puerta del Ángel, Lucero, Aluche, Campamento, Cuatro Vientos and Las Águilas. Latina District must not be confused with La Latina Quarter, which is located inside the Central District. They share the same name because both of them are named after Beatriz Galindo, La Latina, a humanist who was a friend of Isabella I of Castile, and hence her nickname La Latina. The Bridge of Segovia, which joins the historical centre with the southeast of Madrid was built in 1574 during the reign of Felipe I. It is the work of the architects Gaspar de Vega and Juan de Herrera.
