The Arroyomolinos logistics park is located in an exceptionally strategic location, with direct access to the M-50 (2nd crown, about 22 km from the center of Madrid) and is located on the A-5 axis.
The park is developed on a plot of 42,985 where there are three independent warehouses of 8,437 m2, 7,939 m2 and 8,914 m2 and another plot of 20,793 m2 with a fourth warehouse of 13,510 m2.
The Arroyomolinos logistics park has 37 loading docks, as well as 4 level access ramps. The enclosure is closed and guarded for greater security and has 35 m maneuverable beaches. The park has a LEED® Platinum certification, standing out for its sustainability. In addition, it has a photovoltaic installation, and each building is equipped with a BMS building management system. As for parking, there are 131 spaces for light vehicles, 67 for medium vehicles and 27 for heavy vehicles.
