OASIS is a modern office complex located in the area of La Florida Business Park, a privileged location of great business prestige in the surroundings of El Plantio and Monte de El Pardo. It has a facade with a front of 60 linear meters to the A-6 that give it great visibility given the great road traffic of the highway.

Completely renovated in 2021, the renovation of OASIS has given it a modern and original style that makes it stand out notably in its surroundings. In this project, the facades of the building have been adapted, the roofs have been refurbished, the finishes of the halls and toilets, and the conditioning of the garden areas.

To complete the offer of services, OASIS has a concierge service, parcel service, maintenance staff and a cafeteria/restaurant on the ground floor of the same.

Regarding the environment, there is a wide range of services such as the Hipercor de Pozuelo, the Sexta Avenida Shopping Center, the AC Marriott Aravaca hotel and the Sanitas La Zarzuela and Vithas Aravaca hospitals.

Finally, OASIS has excellent communications. On the one hand, it has immediate access to the A-6 and M-40 motorway and, on the other hand, it is worth noting the construction of a pedestrian walkway from the other side of the highway to facilitate communication with the Renfe El Barrial-Centro Comercial Pozuelo stop, which will have direct access from the same complex. It is estimated that this construction will be completed by approximately August 2022.
