The Celes building is an office building built in 2001 according to the project of the architecture studio Allende Arquitectos. He won the “Best Building of New Plant 2001” award given by the City Council of Madrid and the “Architecture and Housing 2003” award from the Community of Madrid. The building is defined, in the words of its architect, as a great exercise in abstraction where the sense of using an empty box predominate. It is worth mentioning, among its technical features, the roof of the atrium, the cleaning of the roof surface, without protruding machinery, and the lattices of the south façade.
The property has seven floors of offices and two floors under grade intended for garage. Each of the floors is organized with a core of elevators and stairs and two separate office modules.
The reform of both common areas and offices will now be underway, complete rehabilitation. It should also be noted that the building with the renovation will have the BREEAM Energy Sustainability Label.
As for the free height, in type plants it has 2.70 meters and on the ground floor it is 3.20 meters.
