Parla is a town located in the southern area of the Region of Madrid. It covers an area of 24.43 km2 and is located 20 km from the capital. It borders to the north with Fuenlabrada; to the south with Torrejón de Velasco and Torrejón de la Calzada; to the east with Pinto and to the west with Griñón and Humanes de Madrid.
