Industrial building of approximately 1,536 m2 built on a plot of land of 9,162 m2 of graphic surface, built on the margin of the Carretera de Perales de Tajuña a Albares, km 7,300 in the town of Carabaña.
The facilities built inside the site functioned as the pharmaceutical laboratories that manufactured, packaged, stored and distributed the product “Carabaña salts soap” and its derivatives, as well as the bottling plant and the former Chavarri Electric Power Plant, a completely restored building, as well as its turbine. On the other side, there is the Aguas de Carabaña Spa, restored in 2010.
The property has 100KW of photovoltaic plates on the roof sold to the decree of the year 2009.
