Last Mile Park Madrid is a logistics project carried out in Vicálvaro in order to meet the demand for surface area and large distribution and transport logistics operators. The space consists of four independent buildings, with flexible warehouse spaces ranging from 4,154 m2 and a gross leasable area of 94,238 m2. The project focuses on a more sustainable and efficient capillary distribution for the city of Madrid, with a prime location and excellent access from the M-45 (exit Coslada/El Cañaveral), the National Highway A-3, M-40 (Exits 10.12 and 13) and R-3.

A privileged and unique enclave surrounded by top companies, facing the M-45, bordering the district of Moratalaz to the west and San Blas to the north (both connected by the M-40), to the south by the Puente de Vallecas district by the A-3 and to the east by San Fernando de Henares and Coslada.

Last Mile Park Madrid has a plot area of 126,177 m2 (50 x 200 meters) and a constructed area of 93,540.30 m2. Each building has 4 or 8 storage modules. Each module includes an office block (ground floor +2) and a mezzanine with the possibility of expanding the warehouse or office space.
