Offices and meeting rooms are available at the IBC Velázquez Center, located on the Golden Mile, in the heart of the Salamanca district.
This center was remodeled in 2004, is equipped with the most advanced technology and has 8 offices (both indoor and outdoor) and 1 meeting room with capacity for 10 people. The offices are fully furnished and equipped so that it can be used from the moment the contract is formalized.
It has free high-speed internet access (fiber cable and Wi-Fi) 24 hours a day, reception, visitor service, coffee and tea service and the possibility of access at any time 7 days a week thanks to the surveillance and control system that the building has.
The Contract type is monthly, quarterly or semi-annual, automatically extendable and can be canceled with 15 to 30 days' notice. A 2-month deposit is required.
The business center offers the possibility of having an office, domiciling the company and using the fully equipped rooms by the hour.
