In addition, the coworking area has capacity for 25 workstations, and has 3 different rooms: 1 soundproofed leisure and tele-conference room, of 18 m2. 1 room for events with capacity for approximately 15-17 occupants, of about 16 m2, and 1 meeting room, also with capacity for 15-17 occupants, of approximately 15 m2.
It is possible to rent the entire space for events during the weekends.
The rooms are fully equipped: 40” screen on a mobile support with wheels, flipchart, flip chart and magnetic board. A portable waist speaker with wireless neck microphone, a lectern. There is the possibility of external suppliers for catering and creatives. 600 Mb symmetric fiber optic internet connection, and WIFI.
Rates vary depending on needs:
- 299 €/month for individual office.
- 399 €/month double office.
- 499 €/month a triple office.
- 120 €/month for 1 full day position.
- 100 €/month for 1 position starting tomorrow.
- 90 €/month for 1 working position in the afternoon.
- From 20 €/hour for the meeting or event room.
- 40 €/hour if it's a holiday or weekend.
The use of the rooms is free for customers.

- Printing, photocopies, scanning and destruction of documents
- Lockers
- Meeting room
- Coffee, water and soft drinks
- Office supplies (staples, clips, binding, etc.)
- Soundproofed video conference rooms
- Receipt of packages
- Domiciliation of companies
Customers are charged for misusing or abusing these services.
