Karaba offers a shared workspace so that people have a place where they can work and impart their knowledge and make courses affordable to people.
We offer you a 250 m2 place where in addition to a workstation (large table, bookcase, chair) you can have your locker, showcase to advertise, storage area, share coffee room, use of classroom and office as well as a room where you can give courses, workshops, exhibitions, presentations...
All this in a creative environment where mobility and adapting to you is one of our qualities.
You will be able to have your shared office with all expenses included: electricity, internet, insurance, free landline, postal address...
If what you need is a perfect room for courses or workshops, you have the possibility to rent our 80 m2 mirror room.
Depending on the needs of your company or activity, at Espacio Karaba we offer you 3 types of services:
- Office position: Your office with all the amenities in a shared workspace.
- Classroom rental: Reserve your classrooms for your activity according to the number of hours you need, complying with COVID-19 regulations.
- External companies: Give your company a tax address and enjoy the full package your company needs even if you want to work from home.
OFFICE POSITION: 1.800 €/year or 180 €/month (VAT not included). Includes:
- Furniture (table+chair+chest of drawers +cabinet with key)
- Storage space.
- Landline telephone and calls to unlimited national numbers (sharing).
- Internet (600 mb fiber) both cable and WIFI.
- Use of a meeting room, as many times as you need.
- Possibility of 4 hours/month of classroom use (subject to availability and prior reservation) for talks, courses, workshops...
- Printer, copier and scanner sharing Prints and photocopies are borne by the user (0.05€ B/W, 0.25€ in color).
- Dissemination space in the Karaba showcase.
- Broadcast space on the Karaba website.
- Coverage via social media (sharing any post you want).
- Space for placing signage, leaflets and business cards at the entrance of the premises.
- Electricity, water, heating and air conditioning
- Reception service
- Establishment of tax address and postal address.
- Cleaning service for the common parts.
- Local multi-risk insurance.
- Full access to the space with its own key.
CLASSROOM RENTAL: 315 €/35 hours or 15 €/hour (VAT not included). Includes:
- Use of the reserved classroom depending on the number of hours hired.
- Storage space.
- Landline telephone and calls to unlimited national numbers (sharing).
- Internet connection (600 mb fiber) via WIFI.
- Possibility of using the Meeting Room
- Printer, copier and scanner sharing Prints and photocopies are borne by the user (0.05€ B/W, 0.25€ in color).
- Dissemination space in the Karaba showcase (for reservations of at least 2 hours or 70 hours per year).
- Broadcast space on the Karaba website (for reservations of at least 2 hours/week or 70 per year).
- Coverage via social media (sharing any post you want).
- Space for placing signage, leaflets and business cards at the entrance of the premises.

- Possibility of 2 hours/month of use of the classrooms or meeting room (subject to availability and prior reservation) for talks, courses, workshops, meetings...
- Printer, copier and scanner sharing Prints and photocopies are borne by the user (0.05€ B/W, 0.25€ in color).
- Dissemination space in the Karaba showcase.
- Broadcast space on the Karaba website.
- Coverage via social media (sharing any post you want).
- Space for placing signage, leaflets and business cards at the entrance of the premises.
- Customer service to provide general information and advertising documents
- Service for the reception of documents in hand and postal (ordinary and/or certified). We inform you that it has arrived and we keep it until you pick it up.

- Local multi-risk insurance.
