The space is distributed over one floor and has an interior capacity of 45 people, making it ideal for all types of groups and private events. It also has a fantastic terrace with 6 tables and 13 chairs with the possibility of extending to 18 chairs.

In the entrance area there is a large bar, which serves as a meeting point to serve customers in need of a faster or more informal service. The kitchen is open and is perfectly equipped with a pizza oven, a barbecue, 4 burners, an iron and two additional ovens. The live culinary experience combined with the restaurant's wide gastronomic offer is a highlight. In front of the kitchen we find a main living room that offers a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere to diners. Finally, there is the bathroom area, warehouse and an office with a mezzanine ideal for additional storage of goods.

The restaurant has a bar/restaurant license that enables it to operate from 08:00 to 02:00 in the morning (02:30 for weekends and holidays).

A two-month bond and agency fees are requested.
