Commercial space located on Julia García Boután street, in the Las Rosas neighborhood in Madrid.

It is a space with a constructed area of approximately 134 m2 distributed over 90.86 m2 on the street floor and 43.60 m2 in the basement.

Upon entering we found the reception. From there we can access a large bathroom adapted for people with reduced mobility, where the heater for domestic hot water is located. Behind it is another separate room.
