- Mezzanine with 14 independent workstations.
- Meeting/training room with wide possibilities, from having a small round table for meetings of 2 to 4 people to a round table with capacity for 10 people with extensions to expand its capacity, and shovel chairs are also available for training.
We distinguish 4 types of coworking positions:

- Rate 8 (full day in the morning and afternoon) 191€ + VAT
- 24/7 rate with 24 hour and 7 day access - On request

The meeting room is priced according to the number of people it is reserved for in ranges from 1 to 6 people (ROOM 6), from 7 to 14 people (ROOM 14) and from 15 to 20 people (ROOM 20). It is also possible to book the Mirador Room for 12 people. It has a bathroom and 55-inch television, high speed internet and blackboard. SALA and Mirador room rates on request.
You can also rent the room to hold events such as a book presentation, talks, workshops, cocktail parties before or after a meeting. You can also have television, network connections, high speed internet and blackboard. Rates to consult.
In terms of facilities, the center has high speed internet, accessible stations, kitchen, living room, bathrooms (one of them accessible to people with reduced mobility), printer-scanner-photocopier, lockers, shower, air conditioning, area for calls and 24-hour surveillance of the complex.
