The office is distributed as follows:

- Main floor with two accesses, one for mobility and the other from Plaza GARENA. In this space are located the living room, the kitchen and 4 seats accessible to people with reduced mobility.

- Mezzanine with 14 independent workstations.

- Meeting/training room with wide possibilities, from having a small round table for meetings of 2 to 4 people to a round table with capacity for 10 people with extensions to expand its capacity, and shovel chairs are also available for training.

We distinguish 4 types of coworking positions:

- Rate 5 (5 hours in the morning or afternoon) - 137€ + VAT

- Rate 8 (full day in the morning and afternoon) 191€ + VAT

- 24/7 rate with 24 hour and 7 day access - On request

The meeting room is priced according to the number of people it is reserved for in ranges from 1 to 6 people (ROOM 6), from 7 to 14 people (ROOM 14) and from 15 to 20 people (ROOM 20). It is also possible to book the Mirador Room for 12 people. It has a bathroom and 55-inch television, high speed internet and blackboard. SALA and Mirador room rates on request.

You can also rent the room to hold events such as a book presentation, talks, workshops, cocktail parties before or after a meeting. You can also have television, network connections, high speed internet and blackboard. Rates to consult.
