Designed by the Turull Sorensen studio and our architectural team, the concept of this space is based on the emblematic Topkapi Palace as a starting point for the project. It is based on this monument located in Istanbul because of its layout and the sensations it transmits when visiting it.
It is located in an office building of 12,388 m2, owned by Colonial. The renovation of the façade, common areas and parking was carried out in 2014 by the architectural firm Ortiz y León. In addition, this building is BREEAM Good sustainable certified.
Working Pass 24/7. This flexible rate will be priced at 239€ + VAT per month per person. It aims to be the best complement to offices or corporations that need flexible work spaces with comfortable, operational and conditioned furniture for their employees. Those who make use of this rate will have jobs limited by locations in shared areas that are exclusive to them. In addition, they will have 24/7 access to their space.
