The ground floor of 2,209.79 m2 houses most of the logistics area and is in turn distributed in a warehouse with 832 m2 for freezing chambers, a sales area of 351 m2 and offices of 30 m2. The 1,506.36 m2 basement is used as a warehouse.

The first floor of 621 m2 houses the engine room, a workshop and an office area.
