Offices and meeting rooms are available at the IBC San Sebastián de los Reyes Center, located on Fuerteventura Street 4, next to Antena 3 Televisión, in the La Marina Business Park, in the most emblematic business park of San Sebastián de los Reyes.

This center was inaugurated in March 2007 and has 14 offices (both indoor and outdoor) and a meeting room with capacity for 16 people. The offices are fully furnished and equipped so that it can be used from the moment the contract is formalized.

It has free high-speed internet access (fiber cable and Wi-Fi) 24 hours a day, reception, visitor service, coffee and tea service and the possibility of access at any time 7 days a week thanks to a sophisticated access control system.

The Contract type is monthly, quarterly or semi-annual, automatically extendable and can be canceled with 15 to 30 days' notice. A 2-month deposit is required.

The business center offers the possibility of having an office, domiciling the company and using the fully equipped rooms by the hour.
