Commercial premises of 72 m2 to reform, on a single rectangular floor with great use of the useful area.
The premises are to be reformed, so a period of lack would be studied to enable the space to future commercial activity, being very versatile for any type of activity, except annoying activities.
Previously, it has been developing the butcher activity, so today it has a large sales room, a space enabled for the cold chamber and a toilet.
Among other features, it has a large window that provides natural light, high ceilings, stoneware floors and scissor type security closure.
Great possibilities for its location in a central area of Guadalajara.

Guadalajara is one of Spain's fifty provinces, whose provincial capital city is its namesake, Guadalajara. The province has 288 townships and the second most important of them, after the provincial capital, is Azuqueca de Henares, the province's industrial centre. Furthermore, several of the towns in this province are relevant historical / artistic ensembles, namely: Atienza, Brihuega, Hita, Molina de Aragón, Palazuelos, Pastrana and Sigüenza. Guadalajara province is divided into several areas, which are: Alcarria, Señorío de Molina, Campiña and Serranía. The towns of Brihuega, Hita, Pastrana, Atienza, Sigüenza, Palazuelos and Molina de Aragón have all been declared “Historical Ensembles”. The area is also known for its royal architecture in some towns in the province, where slate schist is used to comprise the so-Called "Black Architecture".
