Offices and meeting rooms are available at the Capitán Haya IBC Center, located on Calle Capitán Haya 60, in the financial center of Madrid, next to the courts of Plaza de Castilla.
This center opened in June 2015, is equipped with the latest technologies and has 33 offices (both indoor and outdoor) and 2 meeting rooms with capacity for 30 people. The offices are fully furnished and equipped so that they can be used from the moment the contract is formalized.
It has free 24-hour high speed internet access (cable fiber and Wi-Fi), reception, guest service, coffee and tea service and the possibility of access at any time, 7 days a week thanks to a sophisticated fingerprint access control system.
The type of Contract is monthly, quarterly or biannual, automatically extendable and can be canceled with 15 to 30 days' notice. A 2-month deposit is required.
The business center offers the possibility to have an office, to house the company and to use the fully equipped rooms for hours.

The center is very well connected to Madrid-Barajas Adolfo Suárez Airport. In the immediate vicinity there are several Metro, urban and interurban bus stops, as well as taxi stops.
