Sale of meat products factory located in Leganés.The factory has been operating since 1996 in its current location, although it was originally founded in 1978, and has all the necessary health permits and registrations in force.It has also been approved by the EC for intra-community trade.Located in the Polvoranca industrial estate, in Leganés, the facility has an area of 759 m2 distributed over two floors, each with a free height of 3.5 meters. The property has a loading and unloading dock with an access door for 5-meter stainless steel vehicles, four positive temperature refrigeration chambers and a freezing chamber at -18ºC with a capacity of 126 m3.

On the ground floor, the entrance hall has an area of 17 m2, offering spacious and functional access, ideal for receiving visitors and allowing staff access. The 71 m2 loading and unloading dock is spacious and well located to facilitate the logistics of loading and unloading goods. There is also a 14 m2 spice and additive room, dedicated to the preservation of spices and additives, with suitable storage conditions.

The main workshop, of 35 m2, is a large work area for production, optimized for machinery and the manufacturing process. In addition, there is another 19 m2 workshop, an additional area for production. The 16 m2 marinating chamber is a specialized space for marinating, maintaining optimal conditions for this process. The oven room, measuring 30 m2, is suitable for cooking products, with capacity for industrial equipment.

There is also a 9 m2 warehouse for bags and packaging, organized for the storage of packaging materials. The 20 m2 toilet room is specifically designed for the management and storage of pools.

The 25 m2 freezing chamber has a large capacity to keep products at controlled temperatures. The salting chamber, measuring 43 m2, is intended for the salting process, designed to preserve the quality of the products.

The 22 m2 raw material chamber is used to store raw materials in an organized and accessible way. The 23 m2 brine chamber has a suitable system for preserving brines. It also has an 11 m2 private office to manage the administration and operations of the business, and 13 m2 changing rooms, equipped with amenities for staff.

Upstairs, the engine room, measuring 9 m2, is used for the storage of cooling engines.

The 40 m2 packaging warehouse has a large capacity to store packaging materials. The 18 m2 dryer is a specialized area for drying products, with controlled conditions for an efficient process.

The finished product chamber, measuring 27 m2, is used to store products ready for distribution.

The 29 m2 packing room is adapted for packaging, with enough space for machinery and the production process. The 71 m2 workshop and repair room is a large workshop for the repair and maintenance of industrial equipment, with space for tools and spare parts.

The 21 m2 additive warehouse is intended for the conservation and organization of additives. Finally, the 53 m2 offices offer a large administrative area to manage all commercial and operational operations.

The ship is sold with all the necessary equipment to continue its activity, including two vans: Peugeot Partner and Mercedes Sprinter 316 for transporting goods. There is also the possibility of selling it without the equipment and adapting it for other uses.
