Let me tell you a little more about us:

Our facilities were once a neighborhood cinema that we renovated as offices. So this building is a workspace with history. We are located in Madrid capital, in the neighborhood of Ciudad de los Ángeles, a strategic place where M-30 and M-40 meet. In addition, we have the “City of Los Angeles” subway stop on line 3.

Our space is modular. This means that we can offer you several options depending on your needs:

1. We have fixed offices from 8 am to 8 pm, Monday to Friday. The price is 230€ plus VAT. Monthly rate without permanence.

1.1. If you don't want a fixed office per month but want to rent it by the hour, the price/hour is 15€ plus VAT.

1.2. If you want a one-day delivery, available from 8 am to 8 pm, the price/day is 150€ plus VAT.

1.3. If you want a 3-hour voucher, to use it however you want in a month, the price of the voucher is 30€ plus VAT.

2. We have work tables from 8 am to 8 pm, from Monday to Friday. Price 180€ plus VAT. Monthly rate without permanence.

2.1. If you don't want a fixed work table per month but want to rent it by the hour, the price per hour is 10€ plus VAT.

2.2. If you want a work table just one day, available from 8 am to 8 pm, the price/day is 100€ plus VAT.

2.3. If you want a 3-hour voucher, to use it however you want in a month, the price of the voucher is 25€ plus VAT.

3. We also have meeting rooms:

3.1. Mini room (2 people): 10€ plus VAT price/hour.

3.2. Small room (4 people): 15€ plus VAT price/hour.

3.3. Large room (10 people): 25€ plus VAT price/hour.

3.4. Training room (20 people): 35€ plus VAT price/hour.

All our facilities have:

- A/C.

- Heating.

- Wifi.

- Photocopier.

- Coffee area.

- Cold/hot water source

- Lockers.

- Kitchen.

- Bathroom.
