The Business Incubator of Villaverde is located in a municipal building of the City Council of Madrid, in the area of El Espinillo, in Villaverde Bajo.
The nursery is part of the network of business incubators aimed at promoting entrepreneurial initiatives.
The use of offices is combined with advice on business management and the provision of common services.
It has a total area of 624 m2 distributed in 12 offices with an average area of 21 m2.
The Vivero has an air conditioning system, terrace floor, perimeter wiring, furniture and a lot of interior light thanks to its numerous windows.
