Restaurant located in the center of Las Ventas with Peña Aguilera.

It has a total area of 218 m2. It is distributed over three floors. The street floor consists of a double access door, a large granite bar making a curve (with furniture and displays), a forklift, an area for 6 tables, toilets, storage room and rear exit (possible emergency exit). On the first floor there is a large dining room for 55-65 people, with 13/15 tables, an industrial kitchen in perfect condition and clean, with a hood, gas fires, oven, preparation areas, cold rooms and office area. The second floor is used as a dressing area, cameras and a terrace for the facilities.

The restaurant is in optimal condition to operate, water and electricity discharged, air conditioners (although their operation is unknown), smoke extractor and furniture such as tables, chairs, stools, as well as all types of hospitality furniture.

The decoration is rustic with typical hunting motifs from the mountains of Toledo.

Very close to the Cabañeros National Park, the Puy du Fou theme park and 30 minutes from Toledo.
