ALVIA is an excellent, modern complex consisting of exclusive office buildings located in the Las Rozas Business Park, a highly representative office area to the northwest of Madrid, where many national and international prestigious companies have established their headquarters.

It has been recently renovated to become a high-tech facility designed as the venue for last generation offices. Insofar as energy efficiency is concerned, ALVIA is LEED Gold certified and Aenor certified for best Covid protection practices. A photovoltaic plant is planned for the building rooftops in order to reduce energy costs and the building’s environmental footprint. In line with this, the car park has electric vehicle charging points.

ALVIA covers a total area for rent of 23,565 m2 and consists of three buildings, two of them are symmetrical for office buildings, and the third is a hospitality building.
