Commercial building located at the foot of the road, on the A1 highway, in Somosierra, less than 1 hour from Madrid, with event business thanks to its large rooms and located in one of the best natural areas in Madrid.

It has a cafeteria with capacity for 80 people, reception area, offices and a large outdoor terrace with capacity for 60 people. It also has 33 rooms, parking for more than 150 cars, a living room for more than 370 people, an industrial kitchen and a conference room for 100 people.

The surface is distributed as follows:

Basement (393.40 m²): From the cafeteria, through a 1.65 meter wide staircase, you access the lobby from which you can reach the public toilets. Another service staircase connects to another lobby that gives access to the elevator, warehouse, changing rooms, staff toilets and the garage.

Ground floor (1,221.10 m²): This floor consists of a cafeteria (275 m²), restaurant (370 m²), kitchens, office, warehouses, laundry room, boiler room, hotel reception, access to rooms and administration area.

First floor (745.52 m²): It is accessed from the reception lobby by stairs or elevator. There are two rooms: one with TV (35 m²) and another one of about 100 m² for meetings and events. The hot water and heating system is supplied by two propane gas boilers, with a tank of about 10,000 liters, and a biomass boiler with a fuel tank of about 7 tons. Currently, the biomass boiler is operating, since it is much more economical and efficient. The boiler has a power of 1 kW.
