Some of the most relevant offices buildings in the Business District of Chamberís are: Edificio Pirámide, at No. 31 Paseo de la Castellana, home to the head offices of Gartner and J.P. Morgan. It is the property of Mutua Madrileña, as is Castellana 33, its headquarters, which was one of the highest buildings in the 60’s and formerly the head offices of La Unión and Fénix Español. At Castellana 43, the property of Colonial, the WeWork offices are located, and at Castellana 55 there are tenants such as Andbank and Ontier, among others.
At Almagro 9 is an Inmobiliaria Colonial office building that was formerly the headquarters of Mutua Madrileña when it began, although now it is home to the Cuatrecasas law firm.
At Génova 27 is the exclusive office building belonging to Gmp, with tenants such as Alcaliber, Engel&Volkers, PatriziaAsset Management and Clipsa, just to name some. At No. 2 on the same street are Torres de Colón, two twin skyscrapers belonging to Mutua Madrileña that were designed in 1976 by Antonio Lamela.
