Buildings B and C of the Tripark campus are two exclusive buildings located in the Las Rozas Business Park, one of the most consolidated office areas in the Community of Madrid where some of the most prestigious companies in the country are already located.

The business campus they are part of was built in 2009, and stands out for its excellent design, high quality of details and flexibility of its spaces. The buildings consist, on their surface above ground level, of a ground floor plus three levels in height and, taking advantage of the unevenness of the land, with an additional half floor of offices that is located at street level. This garden floor communicates with the garden patios that exist between the blocks to ensure luminosity.

The complex has 1,130 parking spaces (968 indoor at 80 €/place/month and 162 outdoor at 60 €/place/month), and independent access from the street in each building, with direct vertical communication via elevators and stairs to all floors via elevators, forklifts and stairs. Tripark Las Rozas was the first corporate office complex in Spain to have this accreditation granted by the US Green Building Council. All of this is complemented by 360 photovoltaic panels and 10 solar panels in each building.

The complex is located on one of the main streets of the Las Rozas Business Park, with very good communications by private transport, with quick and easy access from the A-6 and the M-50. With regard to public transport, it is only a 10-minute walk from the commuter train station (lines C3, C8 and C10), and close to intercity and urban bus stops (lines 628, 629 and N903 every 15 minutes from Moncloa, lines 633 and 683 to Majadahonda and local line 2 to Las Rozas).

This area of Las Rozas de Madrid stands out for its urban and natural environment, with a wide variety of natural landscapes and a wide range of services and restaurants and leisure options.
