The complex is designed for a single operator and is Leed Gold certified. The building consists of a storage space and an outdoor office block on two floors (ground floor and upper floor).

Prefabricated concrete structure, enclosure panels with anti-carbonation treatment. Warehouse clearance of 11 meters, which favors a large storage capacity.

Main characteristics of the springs: 30 sectional doors with motorized spring opening, 2 side unloading doors on springs with manual opening at the ends of the picking area, 24 hydraulic platforms (2,000 x 2,400 mm), 6 hydraulic platforms (2000 x 4200 mm) and 2 ramps for trucks with access door to the warehouse (4 x 4.50 meters).

Details of expected loads on the interior floor: uniform load of 5T/m2, standard shelf load at 6.5 T on a 16×12 cm2 support plate. Dynamic loads: forklifts, maximum wheel compression of: 2.5 t, concentrated load of 60 kg/cm2, speed of 12 km/h, traffic of 200 trips/day.

Location in the Las Monjas Industrial Estate, in an urbanized industrial area 7 minutes from the urban center of Seseña and with excellent connection to the A-4 and R-4.
