This project was carried out with enthusiasm and after a thorough study of the area.

At the time, due to the country's economic situation, following the pandemic and recently the retirement of the developer/owner, this project had to come to a standstill.

The area is expanding, it needs housing to be able to grow since there are currently none and those that exist do not meet the characteristics of what is in demand.
