Logistics park located in the Pinto Estación Industrial Estate, in PAU 1 of the municipality of Pinto.

The complex will have a total constructed area of 63,672.3 m2 and will consist of a group of buildings on a plot of 117,000 m2 with a buildable area of 0.55 m2t/m2s: Building 1 with a total area of 30,626 m2 and Building 2 with 33,335 m2.

The park will be located in an enclosed area with perimeter fencing, guardhouse and access control. It will include maneuvering yards for 35-meter-long trucks with a concrete docking area and wide roads and parking for cars.

The 8 multi-tenant warehouses will have areas from 7,413 m2 to 32,930 m2 and a free height under truss of 11 meters. They will be built with precast concrete structure and panels, a Deck type floor roof and an access ramp per module. Among other features, they will have a floor bearing capacity of 50 kN/ m2, ESFR K25 Sprinklers system, smoke evacuation exutories, fire protection system, loading area with concrete screed, 10 electrohydraulic springs per module and sectional doors. Pinto

Pinto is a town and municipal district in Spain belonging to the Region of Madrid, located 20 km to the south of the capital covering an area of 62.7 km2. It borders to the north with Getafe; to the south with Torrejón de Velasco and Valdemoro; to the east with San Martín de la Vega; and to the west with Parla and Fuenlabrada. Pinto is located between two important communication infrastructures, namely the Andalusia Road and the Madrid-Aranjuez railway. There is a monolith in the town centre in recognition of Pinto being the “geographical centre of the Iberian Peninsula”.
