Impact Hub Prosperidad is located in an office building in Javier Ferrero street, very close to Parque Berlín. It enjoys excellent communication with both public and private transport, as it is located near the Alfonso XIII subway and with easy access to the M-30.

This modern building has been refurbished in 2020 converting the entire surface into an innovative space. Its two terraces overlooking the Prosperidad neighborhood and a modern and flexible events room, equipped with all the necessary technology, stand out. It also has a recording studio and several meeting rooms.

All workspaces have modern, high-quality furniture and include access to common areas such as the kitchen, lobby and terraces. If you want to attend clients or receive visitors, you can enjoy meeting rooms, included in your monthly membership.

Impact Hub Prosperidad has the following spaces in its more than 3,000 m2:

- 21 offices ranging from 12 to 36 m2, with capacities from 4 to 18 people. You choose when to have privacy to work and when to connect with the community. You can also rent your private office by the day.
