According to the consultation and authorization already made to the city council, on this plot it can be separated into 13 plots, including 8 plots for semi-detached single-family housing, 4 plots for detached or semi-detached single-family housing and the last plot would be used as an access road to the rest of the plots.
According to regulations, there is the possibility of building 2 floors with a total building area of approximately 1,600 meters (ground floor + 1). It should be noted that in the municipality of Daganzo both the construction under roof and the basement do not count for building purposes.
As of today, there are several buildings (house, warehouse and garage area).
The corresponding consultation has been made to the General Directorate of Roads in order to transfer the current access to the updated access according to the city council's approach, this consultation being authorized.
