Urban plot just 400 meters from Alejandro Alonso Lago Square, in the center of the town.
The plot runs downward from Cantarranas Avenue to Avenida Juan Pablo II.
A newly created secondary road originates between the two streets, through which you can access the 19 houses of a semi-detached (18) and independent type (1), whose reinforced concrete structures are fully executed.
Several of the houses have exterior enclosures and, even, some of them have the slopes of the upper sloped roofs executed.
The paralyzed buildings have been designed following a pattern of three-storey houses (basement, ground floor and first) to obtain homes of approximately 200 m2 of constructed area with a private patio each of the houses.
The newly created street has the collectors and wells executed, although they are vandalized, as are the housing facilities.
