Our office began its activity in 1998 in the neighborhood of Lucero and Surbatan in the city of Madrid. From our point of sale in the neighborhood, almost two decades ago, we have become the reference real estate agency in the area, helping many of our neighbors to sell/rent or find their home.
What can be highlighted in the neighborhood is the communication with the center of Madrid, as it has a wide public transport network, both metro, bus or Cercanías. Another strong point of our neighborhood is the large number of markets, supermarkets and various shops that we have in the area.
As for green areas, the neighborhood is located between the Parque de Cuña Verde and the Casa de Campo.

The average age of buildings in the area is around 50 years, but there are many houses built in the last decade, due to the arrival of a new population.
