For more than 10 years, many have asked us about our origins. We are a Spanish company, we are not franchise for any international network.

How do we start? In 2005, several young people and students at that time of Marketing, Law and Journalism decided to get together and launch an innovative project in the real estate sector, traditionally focused on the seller, with the aim of doing things differently.

From our origin we wanted to give the same importance to the seller as to the buyer, and it is the name we chose. SELL refers to the seller and SEARCH refers to the buyer. We listen to both parties with the same enthusiasm and keep track of what you are looking for (both for rent and sale), although we can't always offer you something like what you ask of us (sometimes you make it very difficult).

From that day until today we continue to be constantly renovated, but we have clear our mission: a clear vocation to service both in property management and in the purchase and sale of real estate, and, all of this, in a close, efficient and discreet way.
