Roble 21 S.A. was established in February 2000, carrying out its real estate activity both in the leasing of properties and in the promotion and sale.

The trajectory of its Board of Directors and its Executive Chairman dates back to more than 40 years of experience in the sector, through the companies Urbanizadora del Coto S.A. and Inmobiliaria Nueva Orleáns S.A., companies founded in 1934 on 400 hectares of land in the municipality of Madrid, with well-known developments such as the “Conde de Orgaz Park” (200 hectares), “Barrio Blanco” (400 homes), “El Salvador” (200 homes) and Office Buildings on both sides of the Barajas Highway, on the M-30, Arturo Arturo and M-Soria 40.

The Company's activity during its early years was limited to the creation of assets for rent, dedicated to the search for land for construction and the purchase of office buildings and industrial/logistics buildings.

During 2003, the Company began to carry out its promotional activity with two very innovative projects in Madrid, in which “Loft” type spaces for living and working were designed. The two projects total 45,000 m2 built with 421 “Lofts” and 460 parking spaces. Starting in 2007, 2 residential developments have been developed in the municipality of Aranjuez with a total of 45 homes.

In addition, the Company has a land reserve of 30,000 m2 in Sotogrande (Cádiz-Costa del Sol), one of the best residential areas in Europe, which has two of the most prestigious golf courses in the world and 17,615 m2 of industrial/tertiary land with an aboveground building of 42,000 m2 in one of the industrial estates with the greatest future in Madrid.

The objective of Roble 21, in the medium/long term, is to grow both in patrimonial activity and in the development sector, offering unique real estate products, with a high standard of quality, adjusting to market needs and paying great attention to respect for the environment.
