Pryconsa is a Spanish company dedicated to the real estate promotion of new construction within the Spanish national market. Its foundation dates back to 1965 in the city of Madrid, Spain, where the headquarters are located. It also has offices in Castile and León and Andalusia. In 2008 it is considered one of the country's leading real estate promotion companies.2
Pryconsa fully manages all phases of production, including the selection of offers and purchase of land, the design of construction projects, the promotion, sale and delivery of homes, as well as the maintenance, repairs and after-sales guarantee service of homes.
Pryconsa's offer ranges from first residence homes (flats, single-family homes, apartments and studios) to hotels, aparthotels and urban complexes of a tourist nature. 20% of its activity is dedicated to commercial locals.3
The area of action of the company covers the tertiary market of premises, shopping centers, offices and garages to which it dedicates 20% of its activity, and the sector of residences for the elderly, as well, is responsible for the management of cooperatives for the promotion of official housing, made for which it has chosen to create subsidiaries and thus by creating a subsidiary company in charge of the management Pryconsa only acts through it as a contracted company for the management of the cooperative, taking away all responsibility in the event that the cooperatives do not function because they are members of self-promoting cooperatives (a fact that does not happen in the promotions sold by directly Pryconsa and are not protective).
After fifty-four years in the housing market, Pryconsa has more than 70,000 homes sold throughout Spain and has participated in tourism projects (Isla Canela, Ayamonte, Huelva) that have served to expand its participation to other countries of the European Economic Community.
