The main task of Legal Auctions is to find on the domestic and international market the potential purchaser of a balloon company, “turnkey”, with or without workers, on a case-by-case basis, or, failing that, the sale of the goods of that company in bulk or separately.
Trying to reconcile elements such as price, the maintenance of activity, the assumption of workers, and the formula or the proper system of sale, with the maximum degree of transparency that, we believe, must preside over any liquidation of a company under judicial supervision.
In our view, it is not enough to get a good offer to buy, but it is essential that all parties have the final feeling that everything possible has been done in the interest of the competition.
