Twenty years ago the two current real estate partners Ferrol 22 met, worked together in real estate for about four or five years, then each went their way, but always in touch. That good experience is the basis of this real estate.

Being a REAL ESTATE DE BARRIO, which for us means that it is CLOSE to the client, like when you go to any store in the neighborhood where they already know you, they know what you like and they serve you as a friend. With this base it was decided that the physical location of our office would be on Avenida de El Ferrol, in the Barrio del Pilar, since one of the partners has lived there since the age of 4, his family and friends live there. This implies greater RESPONSIBILITY, but from the beginning they have been clear that real estate has been created to do things right, with professional quality and above all human.
Because we are a neighborhood real estate does not mean that our product or our functions as real estate are limited to Barrio del Pilar, in fact, there are many properties that we manage outside it. Our customers command and if we are able to manage them with quality we do so.
