I am Betlem Cortés Garrido from Valencia, I arrived in Madrid with the new century and I stayed. In January 2022, I started HOUSELINK, my own real estate business, it wasn't my origin, I also arrived and stayed. I “reinvented” myself because of the 2008 crisis, at the time I was working at a Notary Office in Madrid, I witnessed the real estate boom and the crisis that followed.

The knowledge acquired was a value and I started working as a real estate agent, only on the other side of the usual one. Going deeper into what I didn't know, it turned out that I really liked the profession. To have my own business was to go back to the beginning, where I enjoyed so much and learned with my brother in our own law firm.

If I look back, I see that my professional career of almost thirty years, with clients, administrations, courts, notaries and finally the real estate world in Madrid, has given birth to Houselink to offer a professional and quality service today. I care about taking care of details, attention to each person, this way of working combined with accumulated knowledge are my arguments for you to trust me and my team.
