We are a group of companies whose main activity is materialized in the management and development of buildable land, in the promotion and commercialization of residential complexes, both free and protected homes.

Our area of activity mainly covers the Basque Country, Madrid, Navarre and Valencian Community, where over the last ten years we have delivered more than 1,840 homes.
During these years, and despite the market situation, we have experienced a steady growth both in terms of the company's activity and in terms of turnover.
Currently we have five promotions running that add up to about 300 homes in execution.
We specialize in the different areas of activity that make up the real estate sector with the capacity to offer a comprehensive real estate service that covers all needs: from collaboration with public institutions in urban planning, to the promotion and marketing of real estate units to end users.
For this purpose, we have a team of proven professionalism that performs a complete, clear and effective management of a technical, commercial, economic, legal, financial, accounting and administrative nature.
Our technical office is located in Madrid and the administrative office in Vitoria. We also have four commercial offices in Madrid, Vizcaya, Alicante and Valencia.
We research, develop, enhance and properly manage any real estate needs, from land management to marketing and after-sales of the product.
