The Urban Property Chambers emerged at the beginning of the 20th century on the occasion of the continuation of the neighborhood movement, whose main objective was to protect, defend, promote and represent the general interests of the Spanish owners.
Currently they are configured as non-profit, associative based entities and have been declared to be of social interest and are constituted under the principles of freedom and volunteerism. All the Chambers of Urban Property in the Castilian community of Leon are governed by democratic principles and carry out a series of beneficial functions for society, among which is the representation of citizens before the public authorities. In addition, our partners benefit from information and advice necessary for the perfect management of your property.
For this purpose, in the Chamber of Urban Property of Avila we have a team of highly qualified collaborators, who are at your disposal to solve any legal or technical questions that arise on your property.
They also participate in the regulation, study and development of the urban property sector, as they are bodies that collaborate with the Administration (especially with the Autonomous Government). They pay special attention to enhancing and improving the housing rental market as an alternative use of home-owned housing. We also take care of the mandatory deposit of the bonds of leases in Avila and province.
Article 36 of the current Urban Leasing Law (Law 29/1994 of 24 November) provides that the requirement and provision of cash security shall be mandatory at the time of the conclusion of the contract, in an amount equivalent to one monthly rent in the case of dwellings, or two monthly installments if it is a lease of use other than housing (local or business).
