Solvency requirements
Real estate agents must provide a guarantee and a civil liability insurance policy that guarantees the damages they may cause during the exercise of the activity, and keep them in force throughout their activity.
Visual Identification Requirements
Plaque that identifies you as a registered agent with the Government of Catalonia displayed on the front of the premises, shop windows and any other type of advertising that they have.
