Atocha S.A. de Seguros celebrates 61 years as a reference company in the Insurance Sector.
We are a national insurance company, family equity structure and entirely Spanish capital. The personal and family protection of our insured persons is the main objective for us.
Originally, Atocha was established in 1951 as a Medical-Surgical and Specialty Equalatorio, becoming a Sociedad Anónima de Seguros in December 1955.
The first registered office was at number 10 in Madrid's Puerta del Sol, moving in 1990 to 45 Gran Via Street in Madrid. In 2006, due to the company's strong growth, we expanded offices to Calle San Bernardo no. 17 in Madrid.
At Atocha S.A. de Seguros we want to be close to our insured persons; therefore, in our desire to offer a personalized service and as close as possible, we are continually increasing our Network of Delegations, Offices and Agencies throughout the national territory.
Since its establishment, the business culture of Atocha S.A. de Seguros has been based on excellence in service quality and family protection.
For this we have gradually developed our branches of activity and thus, to the initial branches of Deaths and Health Care, we have incorporated those of Home Multirisk, General Civil Liability and Legal Defence, while increasing the social capital, which has positioned us as one of the most active and fastest growing family protection insurance, ranking among the five highest creditworthiness companies in the domestic market.
Our employees and agents have the best training, continuously updated, and oriented to the attention of the insured and the satisfaction of their needs, giving them a personalized and preferential treatment.
